The script has Harry, playing a married man, attempting to flirt with girls who cross his path, first in the shoe store where he works, then at the beach where he drifts after work to ogle a beauty contest. His suspicious wife follows him, and dire consequences follow. The design has his head, with his trademark innocent grin, emerging from an orange tree where the 1942 Bathing Girls frolic.
