In this poster for the BMW Museums exhibition, a Dietrich mannequin poses on a car, and everything is outlined in garish neon highlights in assorted colors. Kieser, Germanys top post-war posterists and one of the worlds best, could always be relied upon to come up with starling ideas, he has had one-man exhibitions of his posters in many countries, from Lincoln Center in New York to the poster museum in Essen, Germany. He continues to produce fine posters after retiring as a professor of visual communications at the Wuppertal college. Our readers will also know him for his fine design of the third PAL poster as well as for our firms logo.
