Bilz was one of Mauzans most frequent clients, and the artist was never at a loss for ways to suggest that good times come in a Bilz soda bottle. Here we are given a plum little aristocrat so enamored with the beverage that the sodas name is emblazoned on the landscape wherever he may travel. And as his coachman sits patiently while our gourmand drains another bottle, an entire case of the soft drink at the ready, just in case a Bilz emergency arises.
