To announce an industrial show in Zurich for bakers, pastry makers and related trades, Weiss designs a brick-walled room where one can almost smell the bread coming out of the oven. Surrounded by pains au chocolat, kugelhopf and filled pastries, the chief pastry chef is weilding a pastry tube with great concentration and skill (it usually takes two hands to use one of these gizmos). Despite its naturalistic depiction of the baker's art, the design has several witty touches: the laurel border encircling a pretzel where a medallion would ordinarily be, and the text treated as the day's offerings chalked on a blackboard.
